Sub contracting Manager

Sub-Contracting Manager | Vasai / Virar Region | 1215 LPA

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience handling 510 subcontractors across multiple locations
• Exposure managing 100200 Cr subcontracting operations
• Strong experience in vendor selection and vendor audits
• Knowledge of vendor rating and performance monitoring
• Good understanding of expense analysis and product costing
• Exposure to Industrial Engineering (Time & Motion Study, Layout, 3M analysis)
• Experience in material reconciliation, reporting, and documentation
• Marathi language proficiency preferred
