The Fashion Assistant - Coordinator supports sales floor operations by coordinating customer service, merchandise presentation, and daily store activities while ensuring adherence to Pantaloons brand and VM standards.
Key Responsibilities - Assist customers with product selection and styling support
- Coordinate merchandise display and replenishment as per VM guidelines
- Support sales targets through active selling
- Assist in stock handling, tagging, and cycle counts
- Coordinate between sales floor, stockroom, and billing
- Ensure SOP compliance, grooming, and store discipline
- Minimum Education: 12th Pass
- Experience: 0-2 years in fashion retail (freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills
- Customer-focused and sales-driven
- Basic fashion and retail knowledge
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
