Study Overseas Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert counselling to students and parents based on their academic profile, eligibility, career goals, and overseas education aspirations.
  • Understand student requirements and guide them on suitable countries, universities, courses, and admission pathways.
  • Conduct counselling through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions, addressing student and parent queries effectively.
  • Drive student engagement through regular follow-ups, telecalling, and relationship management throughout the counselling and admission journey.
  • Assist students with the overseas university application process, including document verification, application requirements, and timely submission.
  • Provide accurate information on university admission requirements, application procedures, and relevant study-abroad processes.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of international education trends, university programs, admission criteria, and application processes.
  • Respond to student queries within 24 working hours and ensure timely, accurate, and comprehensive communication.
  • Maintain proper records and update student information in CRM and other systems as per Y-Axis processes.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team targets while maintaining high standards of counselling and customer service.
  • Adhere to Y-Axis systems, processes, and protocols to ensure consistency, compliance, and service excellence.
  
  

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in career counselling or related field (educational sales/student counseling).
• Strong knowledge of immigration procedures for studying abroad programs.
• Excellent communication skills for effective inside sales calls with clients from diverse backgrounds.
