About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Study Abroad Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students regarding overseas education opportunities and guiding them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding study abroad programs, universities, and courses.
• Understand students academic background, career goals, and preferences.
• Provide accurate information about courses, tuition fees, intakes, eligibility, and admission requirements.
• Assist students with the university/college application process.
• Coordinate and follow up with students regarding required documents.
• Guide students through the student visa application process.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and leads.
• Coordinate with universities/colleges and internal teams.
• Maintain and update student records and CRM/sheets.
• Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1+ year of experience in study abroad counselling, education consultancy, sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.
• Basic knowledge of international education and student visa processes.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
