Studio Operations & Project Manager

About the Role -

We are looking for a highly organised and efficient Studio Operations & Project Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our photography and printing studio.

The role involves coordinating shoots and print projects, managing timelines, working closely with internal teams, preparing estimates and invoices, and handling basic accounting and GST-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities -

• Coordinate photography shoots and print production projects.
• Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with photography team, production staff, and vendors.
• Prepare quotations, estimates, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Maintain records in Tally and handle basic accounting and GST documentation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure smooth communication between departments.
• Oversee day-to-day studio operations and administrative activities.

Requirements -

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of Tally and GST.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

LOCATION REQUIREMENT

Experience in a photography studio, printing company, creative agency, or production environment will be an advantage.
