Studio Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a technically proficient Studio Designer with expertise in artwork adaptation, print production, digital artwork extensions and pre-press. The ideal candidate should be skilled at adapting approved creatives across multiple formats and preparing technically accurate, production-ready files for print and digital applications.

Key Responsibilitiesz

• Handle artwork adaptation and production design across multiple print and digital formats.
• Create digital artwork extensions by adapting existing creatives into various sizes, dimensions and platform-specific formats.
• Prepare print-ready artwork with accurate dimensions, bleed, margins, colour profiles, crop marks and resolution.
• Adapt approved designs for hoardings, brochures, standees, signage, banners, marketing collaterals and other branding materials.
• Prepare artwork for digital platforms, including web banners, social media creatives and other digital marketing formats.
• Ensure all files meet technical specifications before sending them for printing or digital publishing.
• Coordinate with creative teams, printers, vendors and production teams to ensure accurate output.
• Manage artwork revisions, resizing, version control and multiple deliverables within deadlines.
• Perform quality checks on fonts, images, links, colour modes, resolution and final output files.
• Maintain organised artwork files and production-ready assets for future use.

Technical Skills Required

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of print production, pre-press processes and digital artwork preparation.
• Expertise in artwork adaptation, resizing, layout adjustments and digital artwork extensions.
• Understanding of CMYK, RGB, Pantone, bleed, crop marks, dielines and colour management.
• Experience in preparing high-resolution, print-ready PDFs and production files.
• Knowledge of offset printing, digital printing and large-format printing.
• Ability to manage multiple artwork formats while maintaining brand consistency and technical accuracy.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A detail-oriented Studio Designer with hands-on experience in artwork adaptation, digital extensions and print production. The candidate should be capable of taking approved creative designs, adapting them across multiple formats and delivering technically accurate files ready for print or digital release.

Note: This role focuses on technical execution, artwork adaptation and production readiness rather than conceptual design alone. Candidates with only basic DTP operation experience and limited production knowledge may not be suitable.
