Studio Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day functioning of editing, dubbing, and other post-production departments.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating team efforts and allocating resources efficiently.
• Manage LTO archive systems and file formats used in post-production workflows.
• Handle studio infrastructure including both hardware and software ensuring minimal downtime.
• Supervise data and storage management, maintaining organization, backup protocols, and content security.
• Monitor team performance, review daily reports, and provide updates and insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with creative and technical teams to maintain high standards of quality and delivery.
  
• Requirements:
• Proven experience (5+ years) in post-production or media studio operations.
• Strong understanding of file formats, storage systems, LTO archives, and digital workflows.
• Familiarity with post-production software and hardware (e.g., Avid, Adobe Suite, Pro Tools, DaVinci Resolve).
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
