Student Success Internship in Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Support weekend live academic sessions and coordinate with faculty and learners to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage learner queries during sessions and maintain accurate attendance records.
• Conduct post-session feedback calls to understand learner concerns and experience.
• Handle learner queries related to academics, attendance, assessments, LMS, and other operational requirements.
• Monitor Freshdesk tickets, resolve basic queries, and escalate complex issues to relevant teams.
• Support academic communications and follow-ups related to capstone projects, campus immersion, tests, assignments, and other activities.
• Maintain attendance trackers, academic records, and documentation with accurate and timely updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve learner concerns and close pending academic tasks.
