Student Relationship Officer ( night shift )

Role & responsibilities

* Act as the primary point of contact for students and handle queries, calls, emails, and follow-ups.

* Track student engagement, attendance, and participation.

* Coordinate classes, assessments, schedules, session links, and learning resources through the LMS.

* Monitor live classes and support rescheduling and make-up sessions.

* Coordinate with faculty on schedules, class readiness, and learner concerns.

* Maintain accurate student records and prepare attendance, engagement, and operational reports.

* Identify issues proactively and coordinate timely resolution

Preferred candidate profile

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* 15 years of experience in Student Success, Program Coordination, Academic Operations, Customer Success, EdTech, or related roles.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

* Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets

* Experience with LMS / EdTech / Higher Education is an added advantage.
