Job Summary


Responsibilities

• Conduct student engagement activities, orientation sessions, and regular follow-ups.
• Monitor student attendance, participation, and learning progress.
• Coordinate with trainers and operations teams to address student concerns and improve retention.
• Support mobilization and counseling activities for prospective students.
• Maintain student records, feedback, and engagement reports.
• Encourage students for assessments, certifications, placements, and career development activities.
• Handle student queries through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Kannada knowledge must)
• Ability to connect with Community and discuss learning from programs
• Confident in public interactions and capable of handling queries
