Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate student engagement activities and initiatives
• Handle student queries and provide timely support
• Facilitate access to relevant resources for students
• Ensure effective communication between students and the support team
• Encourage student participation and create a vibrant learning atmosphere
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
• Maintain activity and engagement logs
• Share periodic student interaction reports with the supervisor
• Track attendance and participation in student events
• Coordinate with College/ITI/Other Institution SPOCs for aligning the training session

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Cheerful, approachable, and student-friendly personality
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, emails, record keeping)
• Comfortable working with youth and managing group dynamics
• Must be open for extensive travelling along with trainer for supporting in various activities during the session

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher from a recognized institution
• Prior experience in student engagement, counseling, or customer service is a plus
