Location: Alt.F, Begumpet, Hyderabad

Employment: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
What We're Looking For
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in English, Telugu & Hindi
* Experience in student coordination, counselling, front desk or academic coordination
* Ability to communicate effectively with students, mentors and parents
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to manage student schedules and daily activities
* Good follow-up and reporting skills
* Patient, responsible and student-friendly attitude
* Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Your Role
* Explain the Hire–Train–Deploy (HTD) Program to students and parents
* Coordinate and manage daily student schedules
* Act as a communication bridge between students, mentors and parents
* Monitor student attendance, participation and progress
* Coordinate with trainers/mentors regarding student requirements
* Conduct regular follow-ups with students
* Organize and coordinate weekly parent meetings
* Prepare student progress reports and reviews
* Identify student concerns and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution
* Maintain student records and documentation
* Support the smooth functioning of training batches
