Job Summary

KL University, Aziz Nagar Campus, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Counsellor to support students with their academic and administrative concerns. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to interact effectively with students and parents, and a professional approach to handling student-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with students and provide guidance regarding academic and administrative matters.
• Follow up with students regarding pending fee payments.
• Monitor student attendance and coordinate with the concerned departments regarding attendance-related issues.
• Maintain regular communication with students and parents.
• Address student queries and guide them to the appropriate departments for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and counselling activities.
• Coordinate with faculty members and administrative teams to resolve student concerns.
• Support student engagement, discipline, and overall campus activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience: 13 years of experience in student counselling, educational administration, student coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact professionally with students, parents, faculty, and administrative staff.
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and data entry.
• Other Requirements: Strong follow-up skills, patience, organizational ability, and a student-friendly attitude.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in colleges, universities, educational institutions, or student support departments will be preferred.
