Work Schedule

• Shift Timing: 3/4 PM IST – 1/2 AM IST
• Shift Duration: 10 hours (including 1-hour break; 9 working hours)
• Working Days: 6 days/week
• Week Off: Any day from Monday,Tuesday ,Wednesday or Thursday

Responsibilities

• Initiate phone/Zoom/video conversations with parents after their child’s demo class.
• Understand feedback from trainers and guide parents on the next steps.
• Drive the complete sales funnel—from consultation to closure.
• Deliver persuasive, tailored sales pitches across email, WhatsApp, SMS, calls, or Zoom.
• Maintain and update CRM with all parent interactions.
• Track metrics such as conversion rates and revenue per closure, and continuously optimize performance.
• Handle objections logically and professionally to deliver value-based selling.
• Understand parent expectations and map them to JetLearn’s product offerings.
