Student Counsellor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective counseling strategies to enhance student outcomes.
• Offer individual and group counseling sessions to address students' academic, emotional, and career-related concerns.
• Collaborate with faculty members to design curriculum materials and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through excellent communication skills.
• Address complex issues impacting student success using strong problem-solving abilities.
