Student Counsellor / Course Advisor – Business Development Executive

Department: Admissions & Business Development

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding courses, internships, and career opportunities.
• Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Explain course curriculum, internship programs, and fee structure.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
• Maintain student and lead data accurately.
• Coordinate with trainers and management regarding batches and schedules.
• Support the admissions and onboarding process.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents.
• Achieve monthly admission targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office Google Sheets.
• Strong counselling and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
• Passion for education and student guidance.

Preferred:

• Experience in EdTech, training institutes, or education counselling.
• Knowledge of IT courses and internship programs.
