Role: Student Care Intern

Location: Remote

Experience: Prior experience in Customer Support / Voice Process / Call Handling preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound student queries primarily through voice calls.
• Understand student concerns and provide accurate resolutions within the defined TAT.
• Take ownership of student queries and ensure timely closure.
• Escalate concerns and coordinate with relevant internal teams when required.
• Maintain defined quality, productivity, and customer service standards.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in a Customer Support Voice Process is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• English and Hindi are mandatory.
• Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
