About this role
- Counsel prospective students on courses and career opportunities.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful enrollments.
- Conduct telephonic counselling and follow up with prospective students.
- Understand learners' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate student records in the CRM/database.
- Complete enrollment documentation and verify application details.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for seamless onboarding.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and other referral partners to generate leads.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the admission process.
- Handle objections professionally and guide students toward enrollment.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and social media lead generation.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update lead status regularly.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and admission procedures
