Job Title: Academic Mentor

Academic Mentors to support students in their academic journey and help them achieve better learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track students' academic progress and performance.
• Provide personalized academic guidance, study plans, and learning strategies.
• Motivate students and ensure regular test attendance.
• Conduct regular student check-ins and parent interactions.
• Analyze student performance data and implement improvement strategies.
• Coordinate with teachers and academic teams to provide effective student support.
• Address student concerns and provide necessary academic guidance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong knowledge of any one subject: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology (up to Class 12).
• Knowledge of the JEE/NEET curriculum is preferred.
• Teaching or mentorship experience is an added advantage.
• Tamil fluency is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a strong ownership and result-driven mindset.
