Structural Engineer Steel Fabrication & Erection In-Charge
Experience Required:67 years of relevant site experience
Qualification :Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating manpower, contractors, fabrication teams, welding teams, and erection teams to ensure that all structural steel works are completed safely, accurately, and within the specified project schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise fabrication of structural steel members such as beams, columns, channels, angles, platforms, ladders, handrails, supports, and industrial structures.
- Read and interpret structural drawings, fabrication drawings, and general arrangement (GA) drawings.
- Check cutting, drilling, marking, fit-up, alignment, and assembly of structural steel components.
- Ensure fabrication work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
