We are hiring for a Senior Structural Engineer role with one of the topmost global Formwork & Concrete Structure Solutions companies.

Location: Pune
Experience: 10+ Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering
Working Days: 5 Days

Key Responsibilities

• Handle structural analysis, design and formwork engineering projects end-to-end.
• Conduct technical and feasibility studies for formwork and concrete structure solutions.
• Prepare and review structural drawings, blueprints and technical documentation.
• Perform structural calculations using STAAD Pro / CAD and other engineering tools.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering, design and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, engineering and statutory requirements.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines and technical changes.
• Troubleshoot complex structural and formwork-related engineering problems.
• Mentor team members and contribute to team development.

Key Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Strong experience in structural calculations, structural design
• Hands-on experience with STAAD Pro; exposure to Dlubal/Dyamond is preferred.
• Knowledge of concrete structures, formwork systems and structural engineering principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
