Structural Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated RCC & Steel Structural Engineer with 2 to 6 years of experience designing and analysing reinforced concrete and steel structures. The candidate will be responsible for structural design, detailing, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
• Prepare structural calculation reports, design basis reports, and technical specifications.
• Develop detailed structural drawings and coordinate with drafting/BIM teams.
• Review architectural and MEP drawings for structural compatibility.
• Design foundations, retaining walls, slabs, beams, columns, shear walls, and other structural elements.
• Ensure compliance with IS Codes, NBC, and international standards where applicable.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and project teams.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and contractor submissions.
• Optimize structural designs for safety, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Steel structural design as per codal standards

• Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of RCC and steel design principles.
• Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM tools such as Revit.
• Familiarity with relevant IS Codes (IS 456, IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, IS 13920, etc.).
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred Experience
• Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, residential projects, or industrial structures, School Buildings.
• Exposure to seismic design and wind load analysis.
• Experience in structural design consultancy will be preferred.

Qualification:

M.Tech/B.tech in Structural Engineering/Civil Engineering
