Structural Design Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

Sthirata Construction Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and qualified Structural Design Engineer to join its team in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

- Perform structural analysis and design for buildings and other construction projects.

- Prepare and review structural drawings, design calculations and technical reports.

- Analyse reinforced concrete and steel structures for safety, stability and compliance with applicable design codes.

- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers and project teams to ensure effective project execution.

- Review structural models, identify design issues and recommend appropriate engineering solutions.

- Ensure structural designs meet quality, safety and technical requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Qualification: M.E. / M.Tech in Structural Engineering.

- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.

- Software proficiency: STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, Revit and AutoCAD.

- Strong knowledge of structural analysis, design principles and relevant engineering codes.

- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with project teams.
