Ledvore is hiring a Structural Design Engineer to support structural design and analysis work for our international clients in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop structural components/assemblies based on customer requirements and specifications specifically for Balconies.
• Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure design integrity, strength, and compliance with relevant standards
• Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software
• Conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturability) reviews and optimize designs for cost, weight, and manufacturability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, project management) to resolve design issues
• Support FEA (Finite Element Analysis) or coordinate with analysis teams where required
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design reports, and BOMs
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from internal and client stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Structural/Civil Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in structural design, ideally in industrial equipment, or heavy machinery
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks)
• Working knowledge of structural analysis principles and standards
• Familiarity with GD&T and engineering drawing standards
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Skilled for steel detailing is must
