Structural Design Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and analyze RCC and steel structures for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and construction drawings in compliance with IS Codes.
• Perform structural modeling and analysis using ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and AutoCAD.
• Design foundations, beams, columns, slabs, footings, and other structural components.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review drawings and resolve technical and site-related design issues.
• Optimize structural designs for safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain proper documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred).
• 38 years of experience in structural design.
• Strong proficiency in ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
• Sound knowledge of RCC and steel design, IS Codes, and construction practices.
• Experience in preparing structural calculations and detailed design documentation.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
