Structural design Engineer@ Kothrud Pune -Immediate Joiner

A Steel Structural Design Engineer plans, analyses, and designs steel-framed buildings, industrial plants, pipe racks & Ducting to ensure safety, durability, and cost-efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1) Model steel structures and calculate dead, live, wind, seismic, and equipment loads using specialized software.

2) Design steel beams, columns, trusses, base plates, anchor bolts, and structural steel connections

3) Prepare general arrangement (GA) drawings, framing plans, fabrication drawings, material take-offs (MTO), and bill of quantities (BOQ)

4) Ensure all designs comply with proper/ Applicable codes.

5) Review fabricator and vendor shop drawings, coordinate with architectural, civil, and MEP teams, and conduct site inspections.

Qualifications & Skills:

1) Bachelors or masters degree in civil, mechanical or Structural Engineering.

2) 3 to 6+ years of hands-on experience in structural steel design.

3) STAAD.Pro, TEKLA, RAM Connection, or AutoCAD/Revit.
