We're Hiring: Stress + FEM Engineer (Aerospace)

About the Role

Are you passionate about aerospace structures, finite element modeling, and structural analysis We are looking for a Stress + FEM Engineer to join our growing aerospace engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain GFEM/DFEM models for aerospace structure
• Perform static structural analysis using Nastran
• Conduct airframe stress analysis and structural substantiation
• Collaborate with design and certification teams
• Support structural optimization and weight reduction activities

Qualification

• Bachelor's/master's degree in aerospace, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in HyperMesh for FE model development and meshing
• Hands-on experience with MSC Nastran solver
• Experience in GFEM (Global FEM) and DFEM (Detailed FEM) creation
• Expertise in Airframe Stress Analysis
• Good understanding of Aerospace Structures and aircraft structural behavior
• Experience in structural sizing, strength assessment, and certification support is preferred

Preferred Skills

• Experience in aircraft structures, stress analysis, and FEM methodologies
• Knowledge of aerospace standards and certification requirements

Pay range and compensation package

• Experience: 5+ Years
