Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project management for cross-functional workstreams, ensuring alignment between product, engineering, and sales teams to meet aggressive delivery timelines.

- Spearhead process transformation efforts by identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing scalable workflows that improve overall organizational productivity.

- Manage financial planning and budgeting cycles, providing the leadership team with accurate forecasts and variance analysis to ensure optimal resource allocation.

- Educational background from a top-tier institute, complemented by 4 - 7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup strategy role.
