E Strategy & Transformation Lead

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Role Overview

Lead the execution of strategic and transformation initiatives across SME Banking, driving digitalization, customer journey improvements, RM productivity, and business growth. Act as a bridge between strategy and execution while providing market insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of SME strategic and transformation initiatives.
• Drive customer journey redesign, process simplification, digitalization, automation, and AI adoption.
• Improve RM productivity through analytics, 360 customer view, and Digital RM Co-pilot solutions.
• Drive Digital SME Banking initiatives, including mobile banking and self-service capabilities.
• Lead Digital Financing transformation, including fast-track journeys, smart pricing, and Early Warning Systems (EWS).
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, KPIs, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Business, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Credit, and Analytics.
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.

Required Experience & Skills

• 710 years in Strategy, Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, Consulting, or PMO.
• Experience in Banking / SME Banking / Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of SME lending, digital banking, customer journeys, and operating models.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, presentation, and project management skills.
• Exposure to AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation is preferred.
