Strategy Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve plant efficiency, productivity, and quality in the auto components industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Analyze data to measure performance metrics such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), making recommendations for process improvements based on findings.
• Ensure compliance with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing management 
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, including Kaizen events and TQM (Total Quality Management).
• Experience with operational excellence frameworks such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, increasing productivity, or enhancing customer satisfaction through process improvements.
