Strategy Manager

Job Responsibilities:

This is not a role with a fixed job description. The mandate of this role is to take ideas, intent, and ambition and convert them into execution on the ground. You will work directly with the founders across functions finance, fund raising, operations, growth, strategy, systems and own projects end-to-end. From zero to implementation. From ambiguity to outcome.

Roles:

• Drive high-impact projects across the business
• Solve bottlenecks in real operating environments (plants, people, processes)
• Build systems where none exist
• Push initiatives through resistance, constraints, and uncertainty
