Strategy - Founder's Office role in Blackstone Funded Company-Mumbai

We are looking for a high-performing Strategy professional from premier B-school, preferably from IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, MDI, or other leading management institutes with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. The person will work on strategic initiatives, business planning, market research, and cross-functional projects to support business growth and improve organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic projects and business initiatives from planning to execution.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze business performance, financial data, and key metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare business cases, presentations, management reports, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and monitor project progress.
• Identify business gaps, evaluate opportunities, and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Track project milestones, key deliverables, and outcomes to ensure timely execution.

Profile Requirement

• MBA from a premier B-school, preferably from IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, MDI, or other leading management institutes.
• 26 years of experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Planning, Corporate Strategy, or Strategic Projects.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, and business presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work with senior stakeholders, and drive execution.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and structured thinking skills.
