Strategy Consultant (Generalist)

Key Responsibilities

• Support project execution and delivery across strategy and operations, corporate planning/strategy, operational excellence, sales, implementation, and benefit realization assignments.
• Support business development and knowledge initiatives.
• Participate in organization-wide initiatives.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver project objectives.
• Contribute to assignments across Consumer, Retail, FMCG, Resources, Chemicals, and Automotive sectors.
• Be willing to travel extensively and work across geographies and client locations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of post-MBA experience in a reputed management consulting firm.
• MBA from a premier institution such as IIM A/B/C/L/I, XLRI, FMS, JBIMS, or SPJIMR, along with a strong academic track record.
• Strong understanding of strategy and management consulting.
• Excellent spoken and written communication and articulation skills in English.
• Good understanding of financial modelling and Excel.
• Exposure to digital technology is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to achieve stretch goals.
• Strong performance, collaboration, ownership, and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Clear and structured thought process with forthright communication.
