Strategic Sourcing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop new and existing suppliers.
• Develop product-wise sourcing strategies and annual procurement plans.
• Monitor market trends and use market intelligence for timely purchasing decisions.
• Ensure consistent material availability at competitive costs.
• Strengthen supplier relationships and increase contractual and formula-based sourcing.
• Manage sourcing of raw materials, packaging materials, and new products.
• Optimize inventory levels and reduce excess and slow-moving stock.
• Manage payment terms, supplier performance, and complaint resolution.
