Strategic Sourcing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize costs, quality, and supply chain efficiency for auto components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and new supplier partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, timely delivery, and high-quality products.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform procurement decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in strategic sourcing or a related field within the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts with suppliers.
• Strong understanding of aftermarket services (e.g., warranty claims processing) and aftersales support processes.
• Experience working with auto parts manufacturers or distributors.
