Strategic Sourcing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier consolidation.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions that meet business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 18-30 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement roles within the auto components industry.
• Strong understanding of fabrication (casting), sheet metal processing, machining operations.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts with suppliers.
