Role Description The Strategic Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for developing business opportunities with corporate clients, event partners, and retail channels for DIY kits and private events. The Strategic Sales Executive will collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to design tailored proposals, plan event offerings, and ensure smooth delivery of kits and services. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, tracking sales performance and providing market insights to inform product and growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Build relationships with parents through friendly, consultative conversations.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic analytics for sales tracking.
• Coordinate with the Operations team and Product teams to ensure a smooth booking and post-booking process.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Freshers are also welcome.
