Strategic Program Lead

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Technical Program Lead to support senior leadership in driving business initiatives, executive communications, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have exceptional presentation skills, strong business acumen, and hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-impact executive presentations, business reviews, and strategic reports.
• Manage and coordinate leadership-level presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with senior executives to drive key business initiatives and track action items.
• Analyze business data and convert insights into compelling narratives and presentations.
• Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, reporting, research, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs and ensure timely execution of leadership priorities.
• Support executive communications, governance reviews, and management meetings.
• Prepare briefing materials, executive summaries, and board-ready presentations.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with strong storytelling and visualization skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into concise executive-level summaries.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Experience working closely with CXO, VP, or senior leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
• Experience supporting organizations with a people span of 100-150 employees.
• Exposure to technology and digital transformation programs is an advantage.
