Strategic Partnerships Lead

Role Description The Strategic Partnerships Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with corporate clients, producers, brands, and waste ecosystem stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and engaging potential partners, conducting needs assessments, preparing and delivering proposals and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in business development, account management and strategic partnerships in B2B or sustainability-related sectors.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, relationship building and negotiation to create and maintain long-term, value-driven collaborations.
• Experience in market research, data analysis and pipeline management to identify opportunities and support informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Understanding of sustainability, circular economy principles and waste management practices; experience in e-waste or battery recycling is a plus.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business, environmental studies, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, productivity software and reporting dashboards to manage partnerships and track performance.
