Strategic Partnerships Intern

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential business opportunities and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Support new client acquisition and business growth.
• Generate qualified leads through referrals, cold calling, social media, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and support the team in presenting recruitment solutions.
• Assist with prospecting, domain mapping, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Set up client meetings and support the team with pitches and proposals.

• Is a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
• Is eager to understand businesses, identify opportunities, and create value.
• Can manage multiple tasks with consistency and responsiveness.
