Strategic HR Business Partner

Role Purpose:

The individual will act as a strategic people advisor and will partner closely with business leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, culture transformation, and high-performance outcomes aligned to business objectives.

The incumbent will play a key role in enabling business growth through proactive HR interventions, organizational development initiatives, talent management, and change leadership across dynamic and evolving business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Business Partnering:

- Partner with business leaders to translate organizational priorities into impactful people strategies and actionable HR initiatives.

- Drive workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and capability building across supported verticals.

- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on people, culture, engagement, and organizational matters.

- Enable high-performance culture through data-driven HR interventions and strong governance mechanisms.

Organizational Development & Change Management:

- Lead initiatives focused on organizational transformation, collaboration, culture integration, and employee engagement.

- Drive change management interventions to support evolving business priorities, new operating models, and process implementation.

- Foster a culture of agility, accountability, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Talent Acquisition & Talent Management:

- Partner with talent acquisition teams to identify and attract high-quality talent across business-critical functions, particularly within technology and cyber security domains.

- Drive talent review processes, leadership development, retention strategies, and career progression frameworks.

- Support capability enhancement initiatives aligned to future business requirements.

Stakeholder & Leadership Management:

- Collaborate effectively with diverse leadership teams across geographies and functions.

- Influence decision-making through strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and consultative problem-solving.

- Build strong partnerships across HR Centers of Excellence and business teams to ensure seamless execution of people initiatives.

Desired Experience & Competencies:

- Proven experience in Strategic HR Business Partnering within dynamic and matrixed organizations.

- Strong expertise in Organizational Development, Change Management, and Culture Transformation.

- Experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Leadership Development, preferably within technology-driven environments.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to work closely with senior leadership teams.

- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive proactive HR interventions.

- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Educational Qualification:

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline from a reputed institute preferred.
