Strategic Executive Assistant To CEO

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO who will act as a strategic partner and support the CEO in business planning, performance monitoring, decision-making, and execution of key organizational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the CEO in strategic planning and business execution.
• Prepare business reviews, presentations, MIS reports, and dashboards.
• Monitor key business metrics and organizational performance.
• Coordinate with department heads to track projects and ensure timely closure of action items.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business intelligence activities.
• Drive follow-ups on strategic initiatives and maintain governance trackers.
• Organize leadership meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track deliverables.
• Handle confidential information and special projects assigned by the CEO.
  

Desired Profile

• MBA from a reputed management institute, preferably from the IIMs or other leading B-schools
• 2-8 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Corporate Strategy, Business Planning, Chief of Staff, Management Consulting, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  

Preferred Background

• Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business planning, or leadership office roles.
• Prior experience supporting CEOs, CXOs, Managing Directors, or Business Heads.
