Strategic Consulting Architect

We are looking for an Architect with a strong design background to support a strategic consulting assignment for a leading real estate organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess architectural designs, plans and development proposals.
• Support feasibility studies, site assessments and development-related analysis.
• Coordinate with project and design teams and provide architectural inputs.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports and recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements:

• B.Arch with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong design and architectural planning background.
• Good understanding of real estate development and project feasibility.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work from the client/project site in Gurugram
