Strategic Business Data Analyst

At Smollan Group we’re looking for a high-ownership

Strategic Business Data Analyst who can blend analytics, automation, and business thinking to drive impactful decisions.

What you’ll do

• Build AI-powered automation using

Gemini, NotebookLM, and Python to streamline reporting and analytics workflows

• Own strategic benchmarking across

Net Effective Price (NEP), promotions, KPIs, and competitive market positioning

• Partner with

GTM, Partnerships, and Sales teams to turn complex data into clear, actionable business stories

• Design and maintain

data documentation, user stories, and scalable data models

• Ensure strong

data integrity , including validation, classification, and benchmarking accuracy

• Drive end-to-end execution of analytics projects in a fast-paced environment

What we’re looking for

• Education: B.E / B.Tech + M.E / M.Tech / MBA (Business Analytics / Marketing)
• Experience: 2–3 years in Marketing Analytics / Business Data roles
• Location : Remote
• Strong business acumen with a sharp eye for data quality
• Comfortable working in ambiguity, cleaning messy data, and building from scratch
