Strategic Technology Alliances / Partner Lead

• Lead and grow relationships with existing and new technology, fintech, and banking solution partners to drive strategic collaboration and business opportunities.
• Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle — identification, evaluation, onboarding, governance, engagement cadence, performance tracking, and expansion.
• Identify and evaluate emerging digital and technology trends relevant to banking and financial services.
• Work closely with Product, Technology, Digital and Business teams to develop joint solutions, integrations, PoCs, and value-added offerings with partners.
• Build and manage relationships with Big 4 / management consultants and leverage their expertise, ecosystem, and client relationships.
• Develop strategic alliances with large System Integrators (SIs)/GSIs such as IBM, Wipro, Infosys, HCLTech, Tech Mahindra, DXC, Hexaware, etc.
• Drive joint GTM, co-selling, referrals, solution partnerships, and business expansion through the partner ecosystem.
• Engage senior stakeholders and build strong relationships across technology, business, consulting, and partner leadership teams.
• Track and demonstrate measurable outcomes from partnerships, including pipeline, revenue opportunities, new propositions, and market expansion.

Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management ability to operate effectively
