Hiring A Relationship Manager – Strategic is a B2B corporate sales and account management role focused on acquiring and managing large corporate customers, OEMs, dealers, and leasing partners in the Construction Equipment finance business.

• Acquire and grow strategic accounts including MNCs and large corporates.
• Build partnerships with OEMs, large dealers, and leasing companies for business sourcing.
• Identify new markets, geographies, and untapped corporate opportunities.
• Manage large-ticket construction equipment finance portfolios and ensure portfolio quality.
• Track disbursements, limits, earnings, and MIS to achieve annual business targets.
• Coordinate with Credit and Legal for approvals, risk compliance, and partnership agreements.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience: 7–8+ years in the Construction Equipment or Equipment Finance industry.
• Strong B2B sales experience with OEM/dealer network management.
• Expertise in large corporate account handling and strategic partnerships.
• Knowledge of credit appraisal, portfolio management, and CE financing products.
