Stores Assistant

Key Responsibility Areas

• Receive materials like cement, sand, all pipe line, and electrical goods etc. at any point of time irrespective of day or night at site
• Checking of materials received Gate entries
• Materials delivery by issue slip
• Inspection of the scrap loading
• Maintenance of Bin Cards
• Stock list for purchase of goods
• Filing of stores records and G.R. Bills tally
• Gate entry check-up
• To issue all the materials in the store
• To maintain the register of the materials in store
• To prepare the challans of all the materials issued

Skills / Knowledge

• 1 Knowledge and awareness about construction materials and stores-items 5

• 3 Knowledge of availability and prices of frequently used stores items 5
