Position: Store Assistant Spare Parts & Inventory

Experience: 0-3 Years

Location: Mahape MIDC

Job Summary

Responsible for managing spare parts inward, inventory, dispatch, defective/RMA spares, and coordination with service hubs, OEMs, and repair vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inward of defective, repaired, and OEM-approved spare parts.
• Maintain spare inventory records and ensure accurate stock updates.
• Collect and verify monthly stock confirmation from 16 service hubs.
• Coordinate with hubs and resolve spare-related queries.
• Manage spare dispatches to hubs and vendors as required.
• Coordinate with OEMs such as Kodak, Evolis, TSC, and G&D.
• Manage defective/RMA spare dispatches to OEMs on a monthly basis.
• Update OEM spare stock on portals and share daily stock/inward reports.
• Coordinate spare parts sent for repair and manage repaired spare inward.
• Support hub visits, stock verification, and inventory reconciliation.
