Storekeeper Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized Storekeeper to manage material inward, storage and issue at our Karnal construction site. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in store management, with accurate record-keeping and stock control on a construction site.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record all incoming materials as per purchase order and delivery challan.
• Maintain accurate stock records for cement, steel, hardware and other construction materials.
• Issue materials to site teams against proper requisition and maintain issue records.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system/register records.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling and safekeeping of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Coordinate with the purchase and site team for timely replenishment of materials.
• Prepare daily/weekly stock reports and share with the project manager.
• Maintain gate pass, challan and other store-related documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / 12th pass with 2 - 3 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and stock record maintenance.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Excel for stock entries and reports.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Good communication and coordination skills with site and purchase teams.
• Willingness to work on-site at the Karnal location.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 per annum, based on experience and skill set.
