Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day store and warehouse activities.
Manage receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
Conduct periodic stock audits, cycle counts, and physical verification.
Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and accounts departments.
Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and storage arrangements.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Train and guide store staff on inventory procedures and safety requirements.
Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store premises.
